Transfer a static website to MODx CMS by toprank

There are about 200 pages in this static website. There is a flash in the header, just for decorating. There are ~6 web forms but it a pretty basic site. There is a jquery image gallery which will need copied into MODx too... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CMS, Joomla, Linux, MODx, PHP)
