SMS send via Quescom GSM Gateway by ValDuane

We want to make a application that will select Mobile numbers and Text from a database and use a commandline command on a remote SMS gateway via telnet to run the command with the data from the database which will queue the sending of the SMS... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Linux, MySQL, PHP)
